Full Property Shoot – Exterior and Interior
$799 20-25 photos Time on site: Up to 2 hours (includes drone when possible)

Half and Full Day Rates
1/2 Day Rate – $500 plus $35/per image minimum
Full Day Rate – $900 plus $35/per image minimum
Base pricing does not include assistant(s), equipment rental, travel, etc.
Full day rates apply for projects outside the Cincinnati area and the client is responsible for all travel and lodging expenses.
Commercial (Interior Design, Staging, Architecture, Builder, Contractor, etc.) may require custom quotes based on the specific requirements of the project, image usage, etc. Standard usage rights include website, social media, content creation, internal usage and printed collateral material. Editorial usage to be paid by publication unless usage is for the promotion of the client and in this instance no fee to publication or client.
Staging, cleaning and property prep services not included.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certified Pilot. Drone photos subject to weather conditions and FAA No-Fly Zone restrictions.
Serving the Tri-state area. Outlying areas (Generally beyond 10 miles beyond the I-275 Loop) may require an additional fee for mileage.
Hi-res photos will be provided via DropBox or Google Drive.
Under Federal Copyright law (US Copyright Act, Title 17, US Code), The First Showing LLC (Photographer) owns the copyright to all images produced. Unless otherwise state, the Client is purchasing Limited Licensing Rights to use images. Images may not be used to market other similar properties. Images are licensed solely to the Client who paid for the service. “Third-Party Use” rights are not granted and images may not be provided, distributed or sold to any third party including, but not limited to, stagers, homeowners, builders, manufacturers, or real estate brokers or agents. Client agrees to refer all third parties requesting USE of said work, directly to Photographer. Photographer reserves all other rights including Editorial Use. A returned check, declined credit card or lack of payment voids any and all Rights to Use the work and deems any and all USE as an infringement on The First Showing LLC’s copyright. A retainer shall not be considered payment in full. Extended license, unlimited license, or full ownership license fee available by individual quote.
