Extended Licensing of existing images
For unlimited use of existing images (excluding transfer or resale)

Commercial Photography (Photos intended for usage beyond typical residential real estate marketing including Interior Design, Staging, Architecture, Builder, Contractor, etc.) or unique property quotes available upon request.
Community, lifestyle, landscape, common area amenities, etc. images for a specific property and may incur an additional fee. If images are to be used beyond the original listing contract they may be purchased for an extended license usage fee.
Serving the tri-state area. Outlying areas (Generally, properties 5 miles beyond the I-275 Loop) may require an additional fee for mileage. Travel related fees for items such as parking and tolls are not part of the package fee and will be invoiced to the client.
Hi-res photos will be provided via DropBox or Google Drive.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certified Pilot. Drone photos subject to weather conditions and FAA No-Fly Zone restrictions.
The First Showing, LLC is an Affiliate Member of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors and utilize the SentriLock for Electronic Lock Box access.
Cancellation/Re-scheduling Policy
*Number of images depends on the size and layout of the property. A small house may be thoroughly covered in twenty photos.
Please let us know if there are special features or areas of interest that need to be photographed.
** For high-end luxury properties, high rise condominiums, and Farm/Large properties, rates are comparable to architectural/interior photography services. These properties require much more time on-site due to size, amenities, etc. Therefore, they are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Staging services are not included with any packages. Homes should be clean, decluttered, and ready to be photographed. We have limited time and are unable to wait for the property to be prepared. Please review our tips for preparing the property for photographs. Thanks for understanding!
Under Federal Copyright law (US Copyright Act, Title 17, US Code), The First Showing LLC (Photographer) owns the copyright to all images produced. The Client is purchasing Limited Licensing Rights to use images in marketing of this single property. Images may not be used to market other similar properties. Images are licensed solely to the Client who paid for the service and solely for marketing this specific property for sale. “Third-Party Use” rights are not granted and images may not be provided, distributed or sold to any third party including, but not limited to, stagers, homeowners, builders, other agents, or any print or Internet publication without the consent of the Photographer. Client agrees to refer all third parties requesting USE of said work, directly to Photographer. Photos used in magazines and/or marketing publications must also include a credit to the Photographer. Photographer reserves all other rights including Editorial Use. A returned check, declined credit card or lack of payment voids any and all Rights to Use the work and deems any and all USE as an infringement on The First Showing LLC’s copyright. A retainer shall not be considered payment in full. Community, lifestyle, landscape, common area amenities, etc. images for the specific property to be used beyond the marketing of the specific property may be purchased for an extended license usage fee which will be based on length of license and intended use.
