WHAT TO EXPECT
– Managing Expectations During the Photo Shoot –

To ensure the photos of your home to be the best they can be requires teamwork and cooperation that will result in an outstanding online presence when your home goes LIVE on the market.

Typically the shoot takes approximately one hour but ask that you plan for a two hour session. The house should be shoot-ready before photos are scheduled to be taken. All staging and cleaning should be done prior to arrival in order to maintain both your schedule and mine.

If the property is not ready for photos it may be necessary to reschedule due to potential scheduling conflicts.
