Start with the details.

Contact us with the property type, address, approximate total finished square footage (including finished basements), preferred shoot date, listing or publishing deadline, and services you need. Mention any important spaces or specific image requirements.

We’ll confirm the scope, availability, pricing and appointment details together. Review services, photo allowances and custom coverage.

Make it photo-ready.

Finish cleaning, decluttering and staging before the appointment. We photograph the property as presented.

Arrange a smooth session.

Session lengths vary by package and property. Check the estimated session times.

• Arrival: We aim to arrive at your scheduled time. Earlier appointments, travel or traffic may mean arriving slightly early or late; we’ll keep you informed if timing changes.
• Access: Provide access instructions privately in advance. SentriKey access is available for Ohio properties.
• Occupancy: An unoccupied property is preferred when possible. Keep pets safely away from the photography and recording areas.
• Twilight: Sessions are scheduled around sunset. Have interior, exterior and landscape lighting tested and ready, along with any outdoor features planned for the shoot.

Bring the listing together.

We’ll send a link to your finished media.

• Standard photographs: typically the next business day.
• Twilight photography: one additional business day for photo delivery.
• Standard video: typically two business days.
• Photo-based video: production begins after final photographs, your chosen format and title details are ready; delivery is typically two business days from that point.
• 360° tours: delivery timing is confirmed when scheduling.
