Keep us in the loop.
Contact us as soon as you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment start time.

The Trip Fee replaces the late-change fee; the two fees are not combined. Any replacement session is billed separately at its agreed price.
We understand that plans can change. These fees help cover reserved appointment time and travel, and may be waived at our discretion based on the circumstances.
Property readiness & access
Have the property ready and access arranged before the scheduled appointment. Contact us promptly if preparations or access plans change. Review the preparation guide.
Weather & safe conditions
Weather plans depend on the services booked and safe site conditions, including rain, strong wind, lightning and conditions needed for drone flights. We’ll confirm weather-related changes with you.
Weather-related rescheduling carries no cancellation fee. If conditions affect only exterior photography or aerial coverage, we can discuss completing the interior first and rescheduling the affected services. Any separate return-visit or travel costs are agreed before rescheduling.
