Session lengths are estimates and may vary with the property. We aim to arrive at your scheduled time; earlier appointments, travel or traffic may mean arriving slightly early or late. We’ll keep you informed if timing changes.

• Standard photographs: typically the next business day.
• Twilight photography: one additional business day for photo delivery.
• Standard video: typically two business days.
• Photo-based video: production begins after final photographs, your chosen format and title details are ready; delivery is typically two business days from that point.
• Virtual Staging: typically 2–3 business days after final processed photographs and furnishing-style choices are approved.
• 360° tours: delivery timing is confirmed when scheduling.

Please discuss your listing or publishing deadline when booking. Extra coverage or complex video production may require a longer timeline, agreed before booking.

An unoccupied property is preferred when possible. Arrange access in advance, and keep pets safely away from the areas being photographed.

Thoughtful composition, lighting and finishing help introduce the home clearly and give buyers a reason to look closer. Photography supports your marketing; it does not guarantee a sale.

Both packages deliver professional listing photographs. Choose the level of photographic attention, finished image count and session time that fits your property.

• Essential: clean, balanced, professionally edited images through an efficient, primarily handheld session. A tripod is used when lighting conditions require it. Typical photo ranges run from 20–25 for homes up to 2,000 sq. ft. to 45–50 for homes of 6,001–7,000 sq. ft. Estimated sessions remain 30, 45 or 60 minutes according to home size.
• Premium: tablet-guided composition, specialized architectural techniques, and extra attention to lighting, architectural details and finishing. Typical photo ranges run from 30–35 for homes up to 2,000 sq. ft. to 55–60 for homes of 6,001–7,000 sq. ft. Estimated sessions remain 60 minutes, 90 minutes or two hours according to home size. Well suited to design-forward homes, distinctive features and challenging lighting.

Photo ranges reflect typical coverage rather than a hard maximum. Aerial photographs are additional. Homes over 7,000 sq. ft. receive a custom quote for either photography service. Compare packages and size tiers.

Photography package pricing is based on total finished area, including finished basements.

Basement and selected outbuilding photographs are part of the agreed photography coverage and typical image range. Comprehensive farm and large-acreage coverage is quoted separately.

An on-site photography session around sunset to capture exterior lighting and the home’s evening atmosphere. Twilight Shoots start at $249 and require one additional business day for photo delivery. Explore twilight photography.

Images are finished for balanced light, color and detail. Removing clutter, vehicles, cords or property defects is not part of the standard listing package.

Yes. Photos to Video is $119 for one 30–60 second video using up to 20 selected photographs delivered by The First Showing.

• Choose one format: horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16).
• Includes photo motion, transitions, appropriately licensed music and a simple property-title overlay.
• Choose a branded or unbranded final export when ordering.

Photography is separate; no on-site video recording is included. Additional photographs, longer edits or a second format receive a separate quote. Explore photo-based video.

Photos to Video requires a photography package at the same appointment. Vertical Listing Reel is $199 with photography or $249 standalone. Cinematic Property Video is $499 with or without photography. Property Walkthrough is $249 with photography or $299 standalone. Luxury pricing remains starting at $799.

• Cinematic Property Video: $499 for a 90–120 second horizontal video.
• Luxury Property Video: starting at $799 for a 2–3 minute horizontal video plus one 30-second vertical highlight.

Both include interior, exterior and detail coverage, aerial footage when safe flight conditions permit, and an optional agent introduction up to 20 seconds within the main video’s stated length. Branded and unbranded main video exports are included.

Each package covers one property during one scheduled visit. Additional locations, off-site footage and a separate twilight or other time-of-day visit receive a quote before booking. Compare on-site video packages.

• One consolidated round of minor revisions is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
• This covers adjustments to text, trims, shot order or music within the agreed brief.
• Revised delivery is typically two business days.

Errors against the agreed brief are corrected without using your included round. New recording, a new concept or additional versions are quoted separately.

An agent introduction covers one prepared script up to 20 seconds, one setup and up to three takes during the scheduled visit. Speech captions are included.

Longer agent presentations, scripting, coaching or extra recording time receive a custom quote.

• A 3D tour with 90 days of hosting from tour delivery.
• Pricing is $249 for up to 3,000 finished sq. ft., plus $0.08 for each additional finished sq. ft. For example, a 4,000 sq. ft. tour is $329. Include any finished basement to be toured.
• Floor plans are a separate service starting at $99.

Yes. Virtual Staging adds digital furniture and decor to selected property photographs at $35 per image. Photography is priced separately.

Staged images are labeled, and the original photographs are supplied alongside them. Permanent property features remain unchanged. View additional services.

• Initial delivery: typically 2–3 business days after final processed photographs and furnishing-style choices are approved.
• Included revisions: one consolidated round of minor revisions within the approved style and scope, requested within seven calendar days of initial delivery. These may include furnishing color or placement adjustments.
• Revision delivery: typically two business days after receiving consolidated notes.

New room angles, replacement photographs, a different design style or complete restaging are quoted separately before work begins.

Errors against the approved instructions are corrected free and do not consume the included revision round. Rush, bulk or complex projects have a separately confirmed timeline.

All drone coverage depends on suitable weather, airspace and safe site conditions. Package prices remain unchanged if included drone coverage cannot be captured.

Standalone aerial sessions and paid aerial add-ons are rescheduled if a flight cannot be completed safely. Weather-only rescheduling carries no cancellation fee; any separate return visit or travel costs are agreed before rescheduling.

Travel is included throughout Greater Cincinnati and within approximately 10 miles beyond I-275. For properties more than 10 and up to 20 miles beyond I-275, the travel fee is $15. For properties more than 20 and up to 30 miles beyond I-275, the travel fee is $25. Properties beyond 30 miles require a custom quote. Travel fees apply once per appointment, regardless of the number of services booked, and will be confirmed before your appointment. Parking, tolls and special requirements are confirmed separately before booking.

Listing photographs are licensed to the paying client for marketing the specific property. The client may share delivered residential real estate photographs with the homeowner, who may post them on personal social media accounts and print them for personal use. This permission does not include resale, transfer of licensing rights, marketing other properties or other commercial use.
