Your media request

We use the contact, property, service, scheduling and access information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, arrange appointments and deliver the services you request. Optional seller details should be shared only when needed to coordinate the appointment. Please do not enter passwords or payment-card details in the request form.

Website, email and scheduling services

Requests are stored in our WordPress ordering system and sent by email. We use hosting, email and calendar services to operate the website and coordinate your session. Appointment details may be added to our business Google Calendar; after confirmation, an invitation may be sent to the agent. An editing-only request does not require an on-site appointment.

Google address suggestions and maps

The address field uses Google Maps Platform and Places to suggest addresses and display the property location. Text entered for suggestions and the selected address are sent to Google to provide these features. Manual address entry is also available. Travel-area notices are approximate; any travel fee is confirmed before the appointment.

Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. These links apply to the Google Maps features, alongside our own website and service information.

Security and external content

The request form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs. Maps, tours or other content supplied by external providers may use cookies or process information when loaded. WordPress also uses cookies for administrator sign-in.

Records and questions

Request, correspondence and appointment records support service delivery and our business records. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or discuss removal, contact Chris@TheFirstShowing.com or 513-200-3611. Please avoid sending sensitive access codes unless they are needed for your appointment.

Booking and image use

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. We follow up to confirm the date, time, scope and any additional fees. Please review the cancellation and rescheduling information, image-use information and the terms displayed on the request form.
