Photography pricing is based on total finished square footage to be photographed, including finished basements and any selected pool houses, guest houses or outbuildings. Premium Photography was formerly HD-Blend; Essential Photography was formerly Snapshot. Photo ranges describe typical coverage, not hard maximums; aerial photos are additional. Final pricing may be adjusted for the finished area photographed, unique properties and additional agreed scope. List requested garages, closets, pantries, powder rooms and other special areas in Notes/Special Instructions. Homes over 7,000 sq. ft. require a custom quote; quote-only services are not included in a fixed-price estimate. Travel is included throughout Greater Cincinnati and within approximately 10 miles beyond I-275. For properties more than 10 and up to 20 miles beyond I-275, the travel fee is $15. For properties more than 20 and up to 30 miles beyond I-275, the travel fee is $25. Properties beyond 30 miles require a custom quote. Travel fees apply once per appointment, regardless of the number of services booked, and will be confirmed before your appointment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions: Properties must be photo ready at the time of the appointment. Properties will be photographed in the condition at the time of appointment. Homes should be clean, decluttered, and ready to be photographed. We have limited time and are unable to wait for the property to be prepared. Please review our tips for preparing the property for photographs. Staging services are not included with any packages. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment incur a flat $50 fee. If we arrive and the shoot is cancelled or access to the property is denied, the same flat $50 fee applies, with no additional trip fee. Rescheduling due to inclement weather will be to the first available mutually agreed appointment. No cancellation or rescheduling fee will be assessed for inclement weather. Licensing Agreement Under Federal Copyright law (US Copyright Act, Title 17, US Code), The First Showing LLC (Photographer) owns the copyright to all images produced. The Client is purchasing Limited Licensing Rights to use images in marketing of this single property. Images may not be used to market other similar properties. Images are licensed solely to the Client who paid for the service and solely for marketing this specific property for sale. As an exception for residential real estate photos, the paying Client may share the delivered images with the homeowner, and the homeowner may post those images on their personal social media accounts and print them for personal use. This permission does not include resale, transfer of licensing rights, use to market other properties, or other commercial use. Other "Third-Party Use" rights are not granted and images may not be provided, distributed or sold to any third party including, but not limited to, stagers, builders, other agents, or any print or Internet publication without the consent of the Photographer and suitable compensation. Client agrees to refer all third parties requesting USE of said work, directly to Photographer. Photos used in magazines and/or marketing publications must also include a credit to the Photographer. Photographer reserves all other rights including Editorial Use. A returned check, declined credit card or lack of payment voids any and all Rights to Use the work and deems any and all USE as an infringement on The First Showing LLC's copyright. A retainer shall not be considered payment in full. Community, lifestyle, landscape, common area amenities, etc. images for the specific property to be used beyond the marketing of the specific property may be purchased for an extended license usage fee which will be based on length of license and intended use.
